📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating daily operations.,Oversee and manage the crew, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's safety and compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in planning and executing maintenance schedules.,Handle crew discipline and resolve any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of operations and crew performance.,Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role.,Proficient in English and local language.,Hold a valid Deck Officer license and STCW certificates.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good decision-making skills under pressure.,Experience with vessel management software is a plus.
