📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Manage and mentor a team of bookkeepers, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support the hotel’s financial planning.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any financial discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the hotel’s management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in bookkeeping or accounting, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
