📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Captain in managing the warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
  • Plan and organize warehouse activities to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
  • Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the Captain in training and developing new staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or warehouse industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
