📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care in Medical, Surgical, ICU, Emergency, and OT settings.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and maintain patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic and Cerner.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in patient education and support to enhance patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in Medical, Surgical, ICU, Emergency, or OT.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (SIPP) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner is a plus.
