📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and develop visually appealing and effective designs for marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our designs are fresh and engaging.
  • Produce designs that are optimized for various platforms and formats, including print and digital media.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of junior designers to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage and meet design project deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the overall design process and output.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements is a plus.
