📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.,Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient food service strategies.,Collaborate with the medical staff to provide nutritious and appealing meals for patients.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.,Participate in inventory management and procurement of food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen and culinary team.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary techniques.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
