📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Providing support to the audit team during special projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
