Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborating with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Reviewing and editing technical content to meet our high standards,Assisting in the development of user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Providing technical support to customers and partners through documentation,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of our documentation projects🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,Understanding of our products and services is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
