📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Handle tax compliance and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
