📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that products are completed on time and within budget.,Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements to the production process.,Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the production environment is safe and healthy.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all raw materials are available and properly stored.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that production plans align with customer demand.,Conduct regular inspections of the production line to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a similar field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,Familiarity with production management software and tools, such as ERP systems, is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
