📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the assigned area to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.,Maintain effective communication with clients, management, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and provide updates.,Train and develop security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge in security best practices.,Monitor and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security and safety.,Prepare and maintain comprehensive security reports and documentation for internal and external review.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.,Proven track record of successful security operations and incident management.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.,Bachelor's degree in a security-related field or equivalent experience.,Valid security clearance and certification, such as a Private Security License (PSL) or equivalent.🛠️ Keahlian
