📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of branch managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.,Ensure the achievement of sales and service targets, driving revenue growth.,Participate in regional meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant initiatives in the assigned region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the banking industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus.,Hold a valid banking license or certification is a plus.
