📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and manage a team of database administrators, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to best practices.
• Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support Griya Miesejati's business operations.
• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate access controls and backup strategies.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate database solutions with other systems and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the database systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for Griya Miesejati.
• Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of database-related projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in database administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with database security and access control mechanisms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
