In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the telesales process, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to the growth of our sales team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales process, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.,Contribute to the growth of the sales team by identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales data.,Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and responsive to customer needs.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the travel and tourism industry.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about the travel and tourism industry.
