📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT Manager in implementing and managing IT policies and procedures.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and software.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.,Proficiency in IT support tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with IT security best practices is a plus.
