📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.,Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.,Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media, blogs, and websites.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing initiatives.,Manage and grow the company's social media presence and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engines.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
