📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support HR analytics and reporting.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
