📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational goals.,Maintain and inspect vessels and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.,Plan and coordinate routes and schedules for vessel operations.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Ensure all documentation and reporting is accurate and up-to-date.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Proven track record of safety and operational excellence.,Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field.
