As a Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers and retail partners.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.,Conduct regular route planning and optimization to improve delivery efficiency.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management and logistics operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.,Familiarity with route planning and optimization software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
