LUMEN Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our pharmacy team in providing excellent customer service, ensuring the accuracy of medication information, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our pharmacy operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in pharmacy to gain valuable insights and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Verify and update patient medication records, including prescription details and administration schedules.,Provide information to patients about medications, including dosages, side effects, and storage instructions.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including stocking shelves, cleaning counters, and managing inventory.,Assist in the preparation of medication orders, including compounding and mixing medications as required.,Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of medication orders.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on pharmacy policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to pharmacy operations and patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Pharmacy or a related field, or individuals with limited experience in pharmacy.,Basic knowledge of pharmacy terminology, regulations, and procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as part of the job duties.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and ability to use pharmacy management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a team-oriented setting.,Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical and professional standards.
