📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations to senior management.,Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and management of accounts payable and receivable.,Provide financial advice and guidance to department heads and employees on financial matters.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
