📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production line, ensuring efficient and safe operations.,Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.,Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machinery, ensuring optimal performance.,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and raw materials, ensuring timely availability for production.,Report on production progress and issues to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven track record of successful production management and leadership.,Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment used in the production process.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.,Familiarity with ERP or other production management software.,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
