As a Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and benefits information.,Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all legal requirements are met.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis for management.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a corporate or HR consulting environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
