📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets all quality and service standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
