📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high-quality service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
