📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the operations of the distribution middle office, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services to customers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and profitability of the distribution channels.,Monitor and analyze sales and distribution performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and other distribution partners.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the distribution middle office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, sales, or a related field, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulations.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with insurance distribution channels and systems.
