📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that staff are properly trained in emergency procedures.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure that all staff are properly trained and that the working environment is safe and clean.,A strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns to attract and retain customers.,A strong understanding of financial management and analysis, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,A strong understanding of human resources management, with the ability to train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.🛠️ Keahlian
