📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage store budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
