📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and supervise a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and service quality.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure the clinic meets all financial targets and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of dental procedures and equipment.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using computer software and dental management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
