📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and execute high-impact promotions and events tailored to the preferences of our elite StarDream Rewards members.
• Collaborate with the casino management and event planning departments to create immersive, exclusive experiences.
• Leverage event management software such as Eventbrite and Cvent to plan and organize events.
• Utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp to promote events and engage our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze event performance using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and customs.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure the best deals and resources for our events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, promotions, or a similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events and promotions.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and the ability to create exclusive, immersive experiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Familiarity with event management software such as Eventbrite and Cvent.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
