📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for LTA projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support the Contract Manager in managing contract variations and amendments.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluations.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure contract terms are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts related to contracts.
• Provide administrative support to the Contract Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration or project management in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of contract law and construction regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
