📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of assets to ensure they are in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assets promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and update asset records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that assets are used efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
• Attend to client requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of asset management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of asset management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
