📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored network solutions.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports for future reference and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements to our network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to our clients, ensuring their network operations run smoothly.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and review processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VPNs.
• Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
