📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Ensure adherence to environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Foster a strong safety culture by promoting open communication and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the mining or energy sector.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of national and international regulations, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proficient in using SAP and MS Office for data management and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
