📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track overdue accounts using our in-house CRM system.
• Negotiate with debtors to settle outstanding payments.
• Follow up on collections with phone calls, emails, and visits.
• Prepare and submit collection reports to the finance team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to debtors.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing overdue accounts and negotiating settlements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
