📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Resolve employee conflicts and grievances, facilitating open communication and mediation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Process leave requests, manage employee records, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and improve workplace morale.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to employees and managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
