📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end garment manufacturing processes, from cutting to finishing.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans using SAP and JIT systems.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained through regular inspections and quality control measures.
• Manage and mentor a team of production technicians and supervisors.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading production teams in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP and JIT systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
