📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store and online customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry piece based on their preferences and needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Manage inventory and restocking of jewelry items.
• Promote our products through various marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows and events.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the jewelry industry.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences to improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the jewelry sales industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry brands and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with retail software, such as Lightspeed or RetailPro.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
