📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Leverage process mapping and workflow optimization tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar to visualize and improve processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address performance issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of process excellence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management and performance analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, performance analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
