📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.
• Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers and local tours.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with room service orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
