As a Legal Visa Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting foreign nationals with their visa applications, ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration laws and regulations. Based in Badung, Bali, you will work closely with our international clients and team members to provide expert advice and support throughout the visa process.

In this role, you will handle a variety of visa cases, from work permits to long-term residency applications, using our in-house database and industry-leading software such as VisaPro and ImmigrationX. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law or a related field, you will bring a deep understanding of Indonesian visa policies and procedures to our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and contribute to the success of our clients' relocation to Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist foreign nationals with visa applications, including work permits, student visas, and long-term residency permits.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian immigration laws and regulations.
Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the visa process.
Manage and update our in-house database and industry-leading software, such as VisaPro and ImmigrationX.
Conduct research and stay updated on changes in Indonesian visa policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit visa applications, supporting documents, and other required materials.
Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate the visa process.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian visa policies and procedures.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with industry-leading software such as VisaPro and ImmigrationX.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid legal certification or license in immigration law or a related field.
