📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and report to project managers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and drawings.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in construction projects or contracting.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
